Scooter Warranty:
6 months for battery, 12 months for other spare parts. If scooters are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in seller’s side. Please check whether the scooter is in good condition within one week after receiving the goods. After receiving the goods for more than one week, it is assumed that the goods are in good condition when received. If the spare parts broken within 12 months or battery broken within 6 months, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in customers’ side. Every accessory has only one after-sales service, if it is broken second time, needs to be purchased and replaced by customers themselves, and lifetime technical service is available. Physical damage/man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period starts from the time of placing the order.
There will be strict quality inspections to make sure every scooter are perfect before sending out. Please rest assured to place your order.

07-07-2022 I received the equipment. Unfortunately faulty. Rear motor and controller are not working. I have been trying to contact the customer service since yesterday. I have no answer. I do not recommend the seller.

Had the scooter 3 months, and well impressed.
Handles great at speed, with the steering damper set halfway.
Takes a bit of time to build up confidence to go flat out with careful trottle control.
Would love to try the next one up.
My only advise is wear protective gear.

I bought a scooter with a 38.4ah battery, and it only goes +/- 20km away with the battery charged, the chargers are green in +/- 3h although I leave them at the recommended 8h. I'm tired of trying to connect, but so far I don't have any answers, I've had the scooter for 5 days I've used it 4 times, it left me on my feet 3
