  3. Do not ride a scooter in heavy rain, or directly clean the scooter with ahigh-pressure water pump gun to prevent damage to the switch and display. Water ingress will make the battery short circuit, which is not covered by the warranty.
  4. During the cleaning process, please turn off the scooter, unplug the charging cable and close the rubber of the charging ports to avoid electric shock or other hazards.
  5. When not using the scooter, please place it in a dry, cool room. Do not leave it outdoors or in the trunk of a car for a long time. Excessive heat and cold will accelerate tire aging and damage the service life of the scooter and battery pack.
  6. Please use mineral brake fluid for brake fluid.
  7. In general, the pads need to be replaced after 600km to ensure the comfort and safety of braking. (depends on daily usage habits).
  8. Please use bearing grease (lithium-based grease) for anti-oxidation of screws, shock absorbers, and reduce mechanical wear.
  9. 10-inch tires are inflatedwith air pressure of 310kpa, and 11-inch tires are inflated with air pressure of 350kpa.

Battery Maintenance

Due to different battery production batches, there may be differences in the color, pattern(such as wiring, interface and label) of the outer packaging . Please refer to the actual product. The performance and method of use will generally not change. Please rest assured.

  1. Use original battery packs, use other brands battery may cause failure or bring safety issues.
  2. Use original power adapter to avoid potential damage or fire, Charging current ≤5A.
  3. Full Charge the battery for the first time once receive( until the lights of chargers turn green).
  4. Do not heat the battery or near the fire source.
  5. Do not touch the charging ports and keep it away from metal objects to prevent short circuit.

  10. Always charge before exhausting the battery to prolong the battery's lifespan, the 48V models are charged before the voltmeter drops to 42V, the 52v models are charged before the voltmeter drops to 45V, and the 60v models are charged before the voltmeter drops to 52V.
  11. Turn on scooter first to consume the remaining power in the electric scooter to prevent the motor from burning the connector after unplugging the old battery.
  12. Battery charging temperature is 0℃-40℃, discharging temperature is -20℃-40℃.
  13. The battery can store electricity normally and discharge to the maximum at 25℃. When the temperature drops to 10℃, the battery's stored power will be reduced by 20%. Below0℃, the stored power will be reduced by 30% or more, which is normal.
  14. Mishandling of used batteries may do tremendous harm to the environment. To protect natural environment, please follow local regulations to properly dispose used batteries.
