Scooter Warranty:
6 months for battery, 12 months for other spare parts. If scooters are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in seller’s side. Please check whether the scooter is in good condition within one week after receiving the goods. After receiving the goods for more than one week, it is assumed that the goods are in good condition when received. If the spare parts broken within 12 months or battery broken within 6 months, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in customers’ side. Every accessory has only one after-sales service, if it is broken second time, needs to be purchased and replaced by customers themselves, and lifetime technical service is available. Physical damage/man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period starts from the time of placing the order.

After 600km of driving with my gogotops GS8, I can give a detailed review of the scooter and it is very positive.
The delivery was well done in time, the scooter was well packed. No major damage except the fender cover was broken and the plastic of a turn signal is slightly cracked. It's sad but nothing serious.
The scooter is perfectly equipped with a remote control to limit the speed to 25 km/h, a steering damper and turn signals. I only regret that the visibility of the turn signals is too low in daylight, you can hardly see them. Their visibility in daylight should be improved.
The large 10-inch tires offer a comfortable and stable ride. The brakes are sufficient but lack a bit of responsiveness on downhills, which may be due to the vehicle's heavy weight. It is important, therefore, to control the descents and avoid going too fast.
Concerning the electronics, everything works perfectly, the scooter is extremely powerful with the two engines, that surprises a lot at the beginning. It is recommended to start riding with only one engine to get used to it the first time. The 60V battery offers a range in accordance with what is announced (about 80km in mixed use). It is probably possible to reach 100km in eco mode and that's great.
For the price, the quality of the scooter is really interesting, I do not regret my purchase. I hope that the scooter has a good life span because I want to keep it as long as possible.

07-07-2022 I received the equipment. Unfortunately faulty. Rear motor and controller are not working. I have been trying to contact the customer service since yesterday. I have no answer. I do not recommend the seller.
